That which
was once wild
will become
wild again

Restoring balance to our native ecosystem is a partnership that benefits both the land and those who cherish it.

Guided by a profound sense of beauty, awe, and reverence, we are on a journey to restore the harmony that once flourished here. With a steadfast commitment to the land, we embrace its healing through the reintroduction of native ecology, regenerative farming, and biodynamic practices. As its devoted guardians, we nurture its return to vitality, allowing the land to reclaim its true essence and unfold its own timeless narrative.
The Rewilding Instinct
Through conservation and rehabilitation, we strive to restore a natural balance and find our place within it. Our wines are a reflection of this journey—honoring the past while celebrating the untamed spirit that has been reignited in the land, as its wild nature is once again set free.
A Timeless Expression of Place
Each bottle reflects the distinct character of this land at a specific point in time. What some call terroir, we view as an offering—an enduring gift shaped anew by every passing year.
A Spirit of Exploration
The most rewarding journeys are seldom straight lines. From our estate to our winemaking philosophy, we celebrate the detours, the unpredictability and excitement of discoveries small and large.
The Creation of Joy
Joy serves as a perfect measure of our efforts—a tangible reflection of harmony in action. From the vibrant energy of a flourishing ecosystem to the seamless balance within each bottle of wine, our work, when done with care and intention, fosters joy in both ourselves and those who experience it.

The Story of Nature is Indelibly Our Story

Our mission to rewild is a shared endeavor—one that demands not just skill, but a deep, collective commitment. It is built on tenacity, honor, and reverence for the land. Meet the passionate individuals who, every day, bring this vision to life.
Billoo Rataul
Founder
Billoo Rataul built a successful career as the Founder and CEO of a pioneering Life Science Instrumentation and Medical Device Manufacturing company. His deep-rooted connection to farming eventually drew him back to the land. Embracing the principles of "Natural Farming" - a method that promotes harmony with the ecosystem and minimal intervention, he planted vineyards and olive trees. His vineyards reflect his belief that sustainable organic practices produce fruit that authentically tell the story of the land, and with minimal manipulation find a unique expression in wine. When not tending to his vineyard, Billoo is often found exploring the great outdoors, continually seeking new ways to connect with nature and wildlife.
Bobby Graviano
Winemaker
A California native raised in Los Altos, Twice Tyger's Winemaker Bobby Graviano attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he soon decided he wanted to pursue a career in winemaking. He graduated in 2010, earning a B.S. in Enology and a minor in Spanish. After college, Bobby began his professional career at Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos, working in both the cellars and the lab. He then went to Australia in 2013 to broaden his experience, working a harvest for the Gilbert Family Wine Company. In 2014, he joined Bargetto Winery in Soquel as their Assistant Winemaker. He was promoted three years later, serving as their Head Winemaker from 2017 until 2023, when he joined Nicholson Vineyards. Additionally, Bobby was the winemaker for Vidovich Vineyards in Cupertino from 2020-2023 before joining the Twice Tyger team in August of ’23.

A Wild Haven of the Santa Clara Valley

Nestled between lush, oak-dotted hillsides, where winding roads snake through sun-dappled oak canopies, our estate is like none other. Here, the air carries the scent of wildflowers mingling with the earthy aroma of sun-warmed wild grasses.

Acquire Via Our Biannual Offering

Each spring and fall, we offer a selection of our limited production wines that illustrate the unique capabilities of our estate in the Santa Clara Valley, each chosen to represent the joy we have found within it. They showcase what this small parcel of earth is truly capable of when its wild nature is set free.
